Gen. Stanley McChrystal explores myths of leadership
Gen. Stanley McChrystal is a retired four star general who was the commander of U.S. and international forces in Afghanistan. The West Point graduate spent 34 years in the Army and is co-founder of the McChrystal Group. Now he hopes to answer the question, "What makes a leader great?" with his new book, "Leaders: Myth and Reality." He profiles 13 leaders from geniuses like Albert Einstein to visionaries like Martin Luther King Jr. McChrystal joins "CBS This Morning" with more on his new book.
