Sunday: Donald Trump

With just over four weeks to go until the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, the rift between the Republican party and its likely nominee seems to be widening on everything from terrorism to gun control. Donald Trump joins us to discuss how he would prevent a terror attack like the deadliest mass shooting in US history in Orlando last Sunday. Plus, what - if anything - will he do to bridge the divide within his party before the July 18th convention?

In the wake of Orlando, Attorney General Loretta Lynch sits down with us to discuss the Justice Department's efforts in the investigation and the ways in which it is supporting the victims and the LGBT community more broadly.

We'll also talk with Wayne LaPierre, Executive Vice President of the National Rifle Association, about Second Amendment rights in the age of Sandy Hook, San Bernardino and Orlando. Is there a way to protect gun rights while keeping the public safe?

Plus, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, a longtime gun control advocate, will join us to talk about her bill that would ban those on the government's no-fly list from being able to buy a gun.

And we'll have former CIA Deputy Director Michael Morell and former Homeland Security Advisor to President George W. Bush, Fran Townsend, with us to analyze the state of our national security following President Obama's July 14th address on the fight against ISIS.

As always, we'll break down the busy news week with an expert political panel. This weekend, we'll hear from Ruth Marcus and Michael Gerson, both of the Washington Post.
