(CBS) Did you know it's National Cheesecake Day? And it's Friday. Two perfect excuses for a treat.

If you want to indulge, here are some suggestions about how to work off those, oh, 500 CALORIES!

That's right, a single slice of plain - no cherries or chocolate - cheesecake will set you back at least 411 calories.

And if you go to the Cheesecake Factory, adjust that number to 500 calories.

You'll also get a healthy dose of fat - 36 grams (16 of which are saturated), 185.0 mg of cholesterol, 310 mg of sodium, and 42 grams of carbs!

So, after your treat, it seems that we have a little work to do.

Let's say you eat a smaller piece of cake - the 411 calorie slice. And let's say you weigh 150 lbs.

You'll have to do about 61 minutes of vigorous strength training to work off.

Weight lifting not your thing? Here are some options.

145 minutes of yoga

52 minutes of biking

52 minutes of elliptical training

121 minutes of cleaning

91 minutes of gardening
