LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) The woman accused of slashing Leonardo DiCaprio's face with glass during a Hollywood Hills party five years ago has pleaded no contest to assault with a deadly weapon.

Aretha Wilson entered the plea Friday, and will most likely be sentenced to two years in prison Nov. 22.

Upon completion of her sentence, Wilson will be deported back to her native Canada.

"The two sides are arguing over how much credit time she'll get, but once she's on parole, she'll be sent back," Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, told E! News.

After the 2005 attack, DiCaprio had surgery for a gash on his face and neck.

According to E! News, the 40-year-old slasher spent a year under house arrest in Toronto for an unrelated assault, plus 45 days in a Canadian jail cell, and five months in a Los Angeles jail after she was extradited back to the U.S. to face charges for the attack on the Academy Award-nominated actor.

If Wilson had pleaded not guilty and was convicted, she could have faced up to seven years in state prison.
