"Irene NYC" shows New York City in the storm

(CBS) - New York City was spared the brunt of Hurricane Irene's wrath - particularly when compared to the Carolinas, New Jersey and Vermont. But it was still a major storm that dumped a ton of rain and shut down the nation's largest metropolis. What does a city look like with no one in the streets? "Irene NYC" has the artful answer.
