Extreme meditation in mountain biking and travel

(CBS News) The words "meditation" and "extreme" don't seem like two things that would work well together. But just like peanut butter and chocolate (or peanut butter and almost anything, when I start to think about it), they manage to blend phenomenally well in a visual explosion of serenity with the video above. The journey primarily by bike piece entitled "Playground, Italy" (with music by Pornopop) was created and posted on Vimeo by filmmaker Matty Brown who writes:

Met a bunch of amazing Italian strangers in the northern region of Trentino, Italy who took me way up into the Italian alps to go hiking and mountain biking. People have been asking me to make a sports video, so thought it would be fun to try it out! A week of run and gun fun! I feel like I now have a second family deep in the mountains of Italy!

Along with the vivid visuals shot, I particularly find fascinating the way it's edited, like we way remember snippets of an experience or dream in memory.
