Here are two "health-conscious" recipes from the folks at We Care Spa in Palm Springs, CA.
They specialize in fasting as a means of cleansing one's body. Their guests go on an all-liquid diet for the duration of their stay. The spa also teaches clients how to eat more carefully upon leaving - hence the food items here.

(a healthful and tasty substitute for whipped cream!)
2 packages of Hard Tofu
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Place all ingredients into a blender and whip until smooth and creamy. Ready to use!
This dessert topping is excellent dolloped onto fresh fruit, or as a cake filling. We recommend it on barbequed peaches (below). Delicious!
6 fresh ripe peaches
1 tbspn melted butter
Wash peaches and cut in half. Remove pits. Brush with melted butter and a dash with cinnamon and barbeque. Grill a few minutes on each side (you may substitute broiling for grilling) until soft. Serve with Tofu Cream.
