Whooping cough outbreak linked to vaccine refusals

The 2010 outbreak in California sickened more than 9,000 people and killed 10. A new report finds the outbreak was worse in communities with clusters of kids who were not vaccinated. Bill Whitaker speaks to Dotty Hagmier, founder of Moms in Charge, who does not see the need for vaccinations.
