Water cut off as heat wave slams 200,000 Md. residents

200,000 people in Prince George's County, Maryland are about to lose their water for days in the midst of an oppressive and dangerous heat wave. Local officials say they cannot wait any longer to replace a nearly 50-year-old pipe that is so fragile it could explode at any moment. Chip Reid reports.
