Report: Colleges not properly processing cases of sexual assault

A study commissioned by Congress reviewing the way colleges handle cases of sexual assault found more than 40 percent of schools have not investigated a single case in the past five years. And, more than 70 percent of schools have no protocols for working with local law enforcement to deal with sexual violence. Nancy Cordes reports.
