Parts of Texas abortion law unconstitutional, judge rules
With new abortion restrictions set to go into effect Tuesday, a federal district judge in Texas struck down key parts of the law. Dozens of abortion clinics that were set to close Tuesday will now remain open. Anna Werner reports.
