Markets sink on gov't shutdown fears
Stocks fell at the beginning of the trading day by more than 150 points. Investors are concerned about a possible government shutdown. Economists say a partial shutdown of the government could hurt the economic recovery and consumer confidence. Gigi Stone reports.
