Brain disease CTE linked to baseball for first time

According to researchers at Boston University, former Major League Baseball player Ryan Freel was suffering from chronic traumatic encephalopathy when he committed suicide. Freel had previously said he suffered 10 concussions by the time he retired from baseball in 2010. Michelle Miller reports.
