Another IRS official invokes Fifth Amendment, declines to testify
Gregory Roseman, an IRS official accused of improperly steering contracts to a friend's company, invoked his Fifth Amendment protection against self-incrimination and declined to testify before a congressional hearing investigating IRS contracting practices on Wednesday.
