White House order sparks fight among terror victims for frozen Afghan funds

When the U.S. pulled out of Afghanistan, the Biden Administration froze $7 billion from the country's central bank and later set aside half of it for U.S. victims of terrorism. Now, those victims are fighting over who gets the money. Catherine Herridge reports.
