Texas officials address concerns that officers did not respond fast enough to Uvalde shooting
Police gave an update Thursday afternoon on Tuesday's mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. Investigators said they are still piecing together what happened, and addressed complaints that officers were slow to respond to the shooting.
