Syrian doctor describes "catastrophic" situation in Eastern Ghouta

The U.S. is accusing Russia of not honoring a United Nations ceasefire agreement in Syria as the rebel-held area of Eastern Ghouta faces continued bombardment. Aid groups are standing by at humanitarian corridors to help injured evacuees, but so far they've stayed away. Seth Doane reports from one of those crossing points, just inside Eastern Ghouta.
