Suspended WV doctor on painkiller prescription practice
More than 14,000 Americans died in 2014 from misuse and abuse of prescription opioids. Jim Axelrod began reporting last year on Dr. Michael Kostenko in West Virginia who said he prescribes oxycodone to almost every one of his patients. Kostenko is now under investigation and opening up about the controversy he faces.
