"Source of pride": Navy, Wisconsin lawmakers clash over historic badger statue outside state Capitol
A badger statue is at the center of conflict between the Navy and Wisconsin lawmakers. The sculpture, which the Navy loaned to the state in 1988, could be moved back to its original home on a WWII battleship. But state lawmakers say the statue is part of a long-standing tradition.
