Scientists using creative solutions to protect, rescue manatees after record number of deaths

It’s been a devastating year for Florida manatees, with more than 1,000 deaths, mostly from starvation — a new record. Seagrass, their main food source, has been ravaged by algae "super blooms," as CBS News senior national and environmental correspondent Ben Tracy reports.
