NWS calls Nor'easter "life and death" situation for part of East Coast

Two dangerous winter storms are threatening tens of millions of Americans on both sides of the country. A powerful Nor'easter is getting stronger along the East Coast. Massachusetts could see hurricane-force winds and damaging coastal flooding on Friday. The National Weather Service calls it a "life and death" situation for people along the shore.
