Investigation opened into Texas' treatment of migrants
There is a new controversy over the way migrants are treated at the U.S.-Mexico border. The Texas Department of Public Safety has opened an internal investigation into allegations of "inhumane" treatment. CBS News' Manuel Bojorquez reports.
