"Hamilton" brings hope to artists in Puerto Rico
It's been nearly 16 months since hurricanes Maria and Irma brought devastation to Puerto Rico. The recovery process has been difficult, especially for the island's arts community. But Broadway smash "Hamilton" is bringing new hope. David Begnaud reports.
