Hundreds of lawsuits already filed with 50 days to go before election
Election Day is November 3, but we may not who won the race for the White House until day or weeks later. There have already been 245 election-related lawsuits filed in 45 states. CBS News reporter Melissa Quinn joined CBSN with details on the campaigns being waged in the courts.
