Rumors started to rise early on Monday that Jets head coach Rex Ryan was spotted in Pamplona, Spain at the Running of the Bulls.

Later, a picture went viral of Rex Ryan in a red t-shirt that said "Bad Toro."

We now have video of the Jets head coach preparing vigorously for the season.

Oh, by the way, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers open the 2013 regular season in New York against Rex Ryan and the Jets.
