Katy Copies Miley at the iHeartRadio Music Festival

The CW basically invested in a time machine and brought you exclusive coverage of the 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas! This two-day concert series morphed into a two-night exclusive viewing of this musical extravaganza! Despite my couch and bowl of cereal, it felt like I was actually there!

As I watched these musical masterminds come together, I got goosebumps. All of these artists are phenomenal and to see them all conjoined together for one occasion is extremely exciting. Each of these artists have different backgrounds and different genres of music so, when they go on stage and perform, it's like they are spilling out their individual stories.

The legendary Elton John took the stage with nothing but a piano, a sparkly purple coat, and a huge dose of talent. As he performed "Tiny Dancer", the crowd all became one. Everyone could bond over this song and you could see the genuine feelings between all of the audience members. It's awesome to see a legend performing with soon-to-be legends!

Katy Perry's act really stuck out as well. Our beautiful sugar-coated, sparkly, sun-kissed princess threw us a curveball with her performance. At first, I didn't even really recognize her. Katy became a hybrid of Princess Leia and Miley Cyrus with a pinch of Avril Lavigne in just one outfit.

Did our Katy-Kat become a copy -cat?! Just kidding Katy...we love you! She performed "Roar" and blew us out of the park. She managed to sing, jump rope and still be cute at the same time so she deserves a lot of credit here!

We can't forget Queen, who featured Adam Lambert and they killed it out there! I didn't know how Adam Lambert would do performing Queen's "We Are The Champions", but he nailed it. The collaboration was amazing.

These were just to name a few! Did you see the performances? What did you think about Day 1?
