For the second game in a row, the USF Bulls (8-2) had trouble stopping the three-point basket which made for yet another close, nail-biter for the Bulls Thursday night against Florida A&M (2-9). Ironically enough, Corey Allen Jr. hit a late three-point basket that would turn out to be the game-winner and give him a career-high 22 points on the night to help the Bulls pull out a tough fought 73-70, their fourth in a row.
Victor Rudd was strong, once again, coming off of his 23-point night against FGCU Tuesday with another 19 points Thursday against FAMU.
The Bulls travel to Nevada this weekend for the Las Vegas Classic to face Memphis at 8:00 PM Eastern on Sunday night.
