These extremely flavorful tacos can be stuffed with a variety of fillings, including pollo verde (shredded chicken covered with tomatillo sauce), conchinita pibil (Mayan-style pork), tofu or even butternut squash. At $2.99 per taco, it's a little pricier than some other places, but for the taste and quality, it is well worth the price.
