Best Free Holiday Parades and Festivals

Everyone loves a holiday parade but usually there are so many of them it's hard to figure which is the best. We have taken the stress out of finding the right parade for you and your family. Here is our list of this weekends top holiday parades.

Old-Fashion Christmas and Parade in Dunedin 
The City of Dunedin is holding a old-fashion Christmas and Holiday Parade that starts at 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 10. A old-fashion festival will begin after the parade and Santa's arrival and continue with snow flurries, holiday music, carriage rides, visits with Santa and other children's activities. Parade will be on Main Street. Time: 4 - 9 p.m.

Pinellas Park Free Holiday Parade 
Pinellas Park is holding a holiday parade at 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 10. This year's parade, themed "Fabulous Fifties," features bands, floats, soldiers, dancers and equestrian groups. Pinellas Park Parade Route starts at Park Blvd. and 58th Street.

Downtown New Port Richey 35th Annual Holiday Street Parade
You can see it Saturday, December 10, 2011, starting at 6 p.m. The adults love it as much as the kids. Don't panic if you don't see Santa right away he is always on the last float. Parade route: Sims Park and Orange Lake, New Port Richey

37th Annual Brooksville Christmas Parade
Saturday, December 10. 2011's theme is "Treasures Under the Tree." There will be marching bands, floats, clowns, fire engines, horses, Shriners, and Santa will join in on the festivities. The parade begins at Oakwood Drive, proceeding down Howell Avenue to Main Street, crossing Jefferson and Broad Streets going North on Broad to Bell Avenue. The first units kick off at 10 a.m.
