(AUDIO) Puck Tales Is Here To Calm Down Bolts Nation

Puck Tales is back, and the boys are back with another week of Lightning talk. This week, the guys discuss the recent run of games, and balancing forward lines.

Over the past week, the team has struggled on the road with poor starts and bad giveaways. The tipping point for that was this past Thursday, when the Lightning fell to Toronto 5-2 in the Air Canada Centre. It's certainly not time to press any panic buttons the way some people try to do, but for a young team trying to find its way, stopping any extended losing streaks are key to continue to mature.

Any issue that the guys have noticed over the last couple of games have been the forward depth in the team. The Lightning organization may have some of the deepest forward depth in the entire NHL, the issue becoems with how does Jon Cooper and his staff decide who are the guys that will play that night when everyone is healthy and ready to play. Guys like Cedric Paquette and Vlad Namestnikov who can be sent to minors are playing some of the best hockey on the team, so even though they can be sent down to Syracuse, they has earned the right to stay with the big club.
