(AUDIO) Andy Gresh from 98.5 The Sports Hub Gives an Injury Update on Tom Brady

Andy Gresh from our sister station 98.5 The Sports Hub in Boston joined Booger and guest host Mark Cook from Pewter Report to talk about the Buccaneers joint practice with the Patriots.

Gresh said that one thing he noticed about Josh Freeman and Tom Brady is that they both have very strong arms and get the ball down field in a hurry.

Tom Brady went down with an apparent left leg injury in practice and Gresh said the only rumblings they've heard is that it's more ankle than knee. However Gresh did say that the Patriots are one of the most secretive organizations in all of football and it's unlikely they'll release any news soon on their star QB.

Vincent Jackson has had a strong showing in New England and said that Aqib Talib has been picked on during this practice with the Bucs and last week's practice with the Eagles. He complimented Jackson's footwork as well.

Gresh said that LeGarrette Blount is fighting for a roster spot behind Stevan Ridley and Shane Vereen. Blount said he runs hard and would be a nice backup but it might be tough for him to hand onto a roster spot at the end of the preseason. There's a good chance that Blount gets traded or released according to Gresh.
