BELLEVUE (KDKA) - Two men were found dead Sunday after a crash at the intersection of Ohio River Boulevard and Kendall Avenue just before 1 a.m. Sunday.

One of the two people now dead was 21-year-old Israel Sustaya. The second victim has been identified as 31-year-old Ege Akkaya.

Sustaya called Saged Crystal Tattoo in Coraopolis home.

"Literally, he walked in and he affected the mood of the room. [He] just brought good vibes at all times," Nicholas Corcoran, owner and tattoo artist at Saged Crystal Tattoo, said.

Saged Crystal Tattoo is where Sustaya worked as a tattoo artist. People here who knew him, like Jordin Waugaman, are hurting.

"It doesn't feel real, and my whole body feels numb," Waugaman said.

Police say two cars were involved in the crash. One went into a shop off Ohio River Boulevard and Kendall Avenue.

"He was supposed to come out with last night," Waugaman said. "He was supposed to be with all of us. I'm just mad he didn't."

Sustaya and the other driver died at the scene. Police say two others were taken to the hospital. They're expected to survive.

"And I had to call [Sustaya's] mom. That's what sucks the most," Waugaman said.

The people at Saged Crystal say Sustaya was just in there on Saturday. They shared some laughs over the dart board.

"He's seven feet and yesterday, he was trying to sit here playing darts and couldn't even hit the board!" Waugaman said.

But on Sunday, the emotions there were fresh. They were raw. It's hard to imagine their friend is now gone.

"He was just such a good friend… and caring," Waugaman said. "Anytime I needed and called him, he would be there for me."

Saged Crystal Tattoo said that all the money made this week will go towards Sustaya's funeral.

Detectives have initiated the investigation and are asking anyone with information to call the Allegheny County Police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS.
