Winning $3 Million Pennsylvania Lottery Scratch-Off Ticket Sold In Northeast Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A winning $3 million Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off ticket was sold in Northeast Philadelphia. The ticket was sold at the L&P Express, located at 5520 Whitaker Ave., in Crescentville.
The winning ticket hit the maximum winnings on the $3 Million Limited game which retails at $30 per ticket.
The business will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning lottery ticket.
