Any curator of a "Best Burgers in NYC" list knows to include JG Melon, and for good reason: the burgers here are delicious. A nice char on the outside of each juicy patty, a hefty size - without quite venturing into pub size, but still enough to fill up a hearty eater - the burgers at JG Melon are a sight to behold. The perfect complement to a burger is fries, of course, but cottage fries up the ante and make this duo unbeatable - crisp and fried to excellence. Enjoy!

It's tough to beat a lunch special whose price starts at $7.95, but include a beer in that price and you're unstoppable. A variety of burgers, sandwiches, and the like, along with a small handful of non-burger/sandwich/salad options, make this a very well-rounded lunch menu. The true deal, however, is for the liquid lunch set: your first beer is included in the lunch special, but additional beers will run you a single dollar. No word on if there's a limit to how many beers you can add; supposing you're due back at the office afterwards, the world may never know what that limit might be.

Home's lunch menu reads much like any generic Chinese takeout place; perhaps that's what you're craving, and that's not a bad thing here. Afterall, there's a reason General Tso is so popular, along with his lesser-named, less-spicy cousin, sesame chicken. Along with those items on the regular lunch menu ($7.55 - 7.95), though, the Chef's Special Lunch Menu contains some really special dishes: notably, the spicy mango chicken, stir fried chicken, fresh mango, and vegetables. Yum!
