Justin Fox, editorial director of the HBR Group and author of "The Myth of the Rational Market," explains that the debate over financial regulation has divided into two camps: the businesses that give a resounding "no" to more regulation, and those that believe it is necessary to lift us out of this recession. But it doesn't have to be so black and white, says Fox. He explains how to strike a balance between letting the markets decide everything and completely strait-jacketing them.
