On Aug. 17, President Clinton plans to answer some questions under oath. That means he has to promise to tell only the truth.
The questions will be about this woman, Monica Lewinsky. She used to work for Mr. Clinton. But she's said he treated her more like a girlfriend. Most people think that's bad behavior for a man who's married.
He's already said it didn't happen.
If he lies about it under oath, he could be in big trouble. It's even possible he could be removed from his job as president.
Most Americans think he did behave badly with Monica Lewinsky, but don't think it's a big enough mistake to lose his job.
