Project Agape, a start-up focused on collective social action, has raised a $5 million second round from The Founders Fund, according to an SEC filing reported by peHUB. The Berkely, CA-based company previously raised $2.35 million, for a total of $7.35 million. The site, which is still closed, is co-founded by Sean Parker, one of the principals of The Founders Fund. He was also previously at both Plaxo and Facebook. Also going after the same market is The Point, which has also raised over $7 million.
