Message Proposes Using "Suicide Dogs" in Operations

"Suicide Dogs" should be used as an alternative to human beings in suicide attacks, suggested a messaged posted on a militant Islamist website.
The poster accompanying the message suggested that dogs should be trained on running towards U.S. soldiers when they see them. This can be done by starving the dogs and only giving them food at the feet of a mannequin that would be dressed in a U.S. troops' uniform, proposed the message. The mujaheddin should then strap explosives around the starving dog and detonate the explosives once it gets near the soldiers, said the statement.
"I know you might not like what I'll say but believe me it's better if a dog dies than if we lose a lion of Islam," the poster said.
