Message From Chechen Rebel Commander

The so-called "Islamic Emirate of Caucasus" released a video statement in Russian by one of its military commanders named identified as Abdulmalik. The video shows the young commander in a military uniform and with his face covered, as he sits amongst two other masked men. The tape was posted on Kavkaz, a website dedicated to Chechen militants.
