Hall of Fame quarterback Johnny Unitas was hospitalized Tuesday after complaining of chest pains.
Unitas, 66, was listed in good condition at the University of Maryland Medical Center. A hospital spokeswoman said Unitas will return home Wednesday.
The former Baltimore Colts star checked into the hospital Monday and underwent a series of heart tests, but doctors think his pain stemmed from gastrointestinal problems.
Unitas broke nearly every NFL passing record and won three championships with the Colts in an 18-year career. He was voted quarterback of the NFL's 50th anniversary team.
