(Episode 229: 10min 29) Recent research commissioned by Microsoft shows, not surprisingly, that small businesses in Australia are feeling a lot of stress right now. A lot of that stress is also being taken home. 38% of businesses say they are struggling more than last year and, of those, nine in 10 say the health of their business is having a negative impact on their personal lives.
So what can businesses do to survive these tough times? Phil Dobbie talks to Inese Kingsmill, the director small and mid-market business for Microsoft Australia, about how business owners can manage their way through and come out on top when the economy recovers.
