Hillary Rodham Clinton, on vacation and mostly out of sight since her husband's admission of an extramarital affair, will step back into public view with appearances in Moscow and Belfast next week as President Clinton travels to Russia and Northern Ireland.
The first lady and the president returned to Washington on Sunday from Martha's Vineyard. They head to Moscow next where Clinton plans to meet with President Boris Yeltsin.
On Tuesday, Mrs. Clinton is scheduled to visit a clothing factory owned by a woman and to speak to female entrepreneurs, accompanied by Yeltsin's wife, Naina. The two first ladies also will have lunch and tour a gallery before joining their husbands for an official dinner.
