(CBS) - October 14, 2011 is "Steve Jobs day" - at least that's what Mike Sanborn and Joseph Mckenna declared with a simple website and a Facebook event page. The two men are calling on people to wear black in order to honor the Apple co-founder.
"Sport your black turtleneck, jeans, tennis shoes, and glasses and snap a pic!" the instructions on the website said. We loved the idea and did our best to come close to Steve's famous uniform.
Here's to you, Steve, and to everyone wearing black today in honor of the tech luminary.
