Steve talks us through the stages of closing a sale and points out some of the classic pitfalls and signals to avoid.

In particular, we discuss the concerns around trying to close too early; how we should start with basic steps and wait until the relationship and time is right, and what to do with fear when it pops up.

Steve even takes us to his own garage sale and we nearly meet his hairdresser!
