Most businesses, through their culture, are killing the passion of the individual. As Charles points out in this edition of BTalk, most people are excited about a new job but that initial enthusiasm is killed somehow. Why is that happening?
He says it's an investigative exercise to find out why passion is being killed in your organisation. Often it's the fault of managers who can't handle people, but there's not a quick fix to the problem. It's a long term process to drive change.
