Best Voice Lessons In DFW

The DFW area offers some of the best options for voice lessons. Whether you are trying to trying to improve on your skills, prepare for a recording session of performance, or if you are new to the singing scene, there are plenty of options to fit your needs. Many of the options are very affordable and offer both in-studio and in-home lesson options.

Whether you are a beginner or are looking to really hone your skills, many different options are available at Tune City Music. The voice lesson program was started by Joe Brooklyn, who still dedicates a few hours a week to teaching. Missy Sands and Patricia Hussey are other voice teachers at the location. Both come with 20 years or more of experience in music from performing to teaching other. Lessons start at $85 monthly but single lessons and group lessons are also available.

At this studio, they believe that everyone has individual talents and needs and it is the job of the instructor to meet the needs of the individual student. Many famous and talented students have gotten their start at Katie Parr Music Academy including Radio Disney personalities and recording artists. The academy also hosts from six to nine performances a year which means that there are plenty of opportunities for students to be able to perform. A wide variety of methods are taught at the academy so they are able to meet the needs of a variety of students.

Students will have many opportunities throughout the year to perform in recitals and at other special events. At the end of each year, each studio will hold their own recital which will offer the students opportunities to receive rewards from their teachers. Lessons lasting 45 minutes start at $163 per month depending on the teacher.

Voice lessons are available at Arlington Family Music for choral ensembles and individual voice lessons. Lessons can help students improve pitch control, tone and breath control and increase stamina and confidence when performing. Coaching is also offered to prepare for recording sessions. Each new student is offered a free trial lesson to make sure that the studio and the style of the teachers will be a good fit for the students. Lessons start at the price of $100 per month for individuals.

Students as young as 5 can begin taking voice lessons on a more casual level but it is not recommended that students under 10 begin serious voice lessons. Students at this school are also offered a free trial voice lesson to determine a good fit. Many styles of voice lessons are offered including pop, classical, rock and more. Performances are offered throughout the year including adult-only recitals for adults that would rather perform with other adults. Four lessons (including the free trial lesson) can be purchased for only $89.
