In Best Italian Restaurants In Dallas/Fort Worth, some of the Metroplex's trendy Italian eateries were featured. A new list of Dallas' best Italian restaurants has been created to tempt your palate.

408 W. 8th St.
Dallas, TX 75208
(214) 948-4998
www.luciadallas.comChef and owner David Uygur has created the legendary Lucia in Oak Cliff's Bishop Arts District. It takes months to get a reservation to this famous establishment. While everything is great, the pasta is "the thing" to get. After tasting the pasta, you would think that angels made it; it is that heavenly. If you can't wait months for a table seat, you can always take your chance at the small bar top. The same menu is available and you are more likely to get a seat.
4115 Loma Alto Drive
Dallas, TX 752119
(214) 521-1800
www.nonnadallas.comLocated at the southern tip of Highland Park, it is easy to miss Nonna. The small restaurant's dark windows don't scream restaurant. It is in a strip center across from Whole Foods Market. Once you step inside you are in for a treat. Their brick oven clearly visible from the dining room turns out some of the best bread – hot, puffed and delicious. It is hard to focus on one thing because Nonna's menu changes constantly but, not to worry, everything is good.
Roman Cucina
7989 Belt Line Road
Dallas, TX 75248
(972) 716-9950
www.romancucina.comRoman Cucina knows what Dallasites want. They offer gluten-free pasta and vegetarian items on their regular menu. The restaurant has an old world charm to it but is very modern because of its recent renovations. It is a family-friendly restaurant with a great kid's menu - though, no chicken fingers - and a great way to introduce your little one to Italian cuisine. Roman Cucina is also perfect for date night, even just for the amazing desserts; they saved the best for last. Roman Cucina features homemade cheesecake and the tiramisu has a really good kick to it.
