Lawyers say defense increasingly difficult at Aurora immigrant detention center amid staff shortages
As the federal government seeks to expand immigrant detention capacity in Colorado, some advocates say that detainees' right to an attorney is being compromised at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Aurora. Lawyers say it's becoming increasingly difficult to speak with their clients and do legal visits.
