Investigative Reporting - "Immigration: The American Dream"

"Immigration: The American Dream" is a 15-part series that examines the many different perspectives on immigration. WBZ Reporter/Anchor Mary Blake interviewed more than 40 people on the subject, including legal and illegal immigrants, politicians, Tea Party activists, employers, teachers, attorneys, and members of the law enforcement community. The latter group included a rare one-on-one with the Director of Boston Field Operations for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The series aired immediately after the November general election and generated numerous e-mails and letters from listeners.
