The Atlanta Hawks came out with a fast start against the Celtics in Game 2, leading 24-7 after the first quarter. Boston's seven points are the lowest-scoring first quarter points in NBA Playoff history (shot clock era). Despite poor shooting by both teams, the Hawks were able to pull out the 17 point win, beating the Celtics 89-72, and now lead the series 2-0. It's the team's first ever 2-0 series lead against the Celtics in 12 playoff meetings. Atlanta will head to Boston for Game 3 on Friday, tip-off at 8pm.
